My Framework
I believe that self awareness & connection can heal. My practice is a place where we can build safety and vulnerability. We will work together to help you better understand yourself & your patterns to navigate these transitions.
I want to help you feel better, and more embodied. Therapy is not always easy, but here in therapy you can experience a deeper connection to yourself: more free from the expectations, fears, or ideas that have been keeping you stuck.
I understand that we do not exist in a vacuum, & healing ourselves & coping with the challenges in our lives requires acknowledging & working against the systems of oppression that contribute to them.
