Orbit — Sarah Ens

After the funeral,
we took off
our shirts & sat
backyard in our bras,
thought to water
the tomatoes
but instead drank
radlers, diagnosed
each other
astrologically, fell
asleep with red
shoulders, shocked
the world could
still reach us,
shocked our skin
still held sun.
